2023 RSDP Retreat

This will be an in-person event!

A virtual option will NOT be available this year.

A few things to note:

• RSDP will be making hotel reservations for ALL ATTENDEES!
• Accommodations for shared rooms at the hotel will be made for all scholars.
  • Due to budget constraints, we are encouraging shared rooms this year.  If you have someone you would be willing to share a room with, please let me know.
  • All active scholars will be in shared rooms as well.
• Hotel reservations will be made for Friday and Saturday nights for all attendees and RSDP will be covering this cost, along with food throughout the Retreat.
  • If other arrangements are needed for hotel accommodations, please let me know.
  • Please note reimbursement for airfare is not definite currently due to budget constraints.
• The Retreat will begin with a Reception on Friday evening, beginning at 3:00 p.m.
• The Retreat will end Saturday night at the conclusion of dinner – approximately 10:00 p.m.
